Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the course I attended last month. The teacher didn't explained the exercises, and the most of the students felt lost. I would like that you refund part of the fee. I look forward to hear from you.
Grammar is a scored criterion, not a detail.
Cambridge examiners mark every task on four subscales. Language has its own, and repeated grammar slips pull it down in every task you write.

Questions
Do you give me a Cambridge score or grade?
No. Only Cambridge examiners can do that. We show your grammar errors, the patterns behind them and how they change over time, so you can fix what's in your control.
Does it check register and tone?
Clarigram focuses on grammar, which is part of the Language subscale. Register (formal or informal) is marked under Communicative Achievement: the traps above cover a few common slips, and a teacher is best for full feedback on tone.
Is it for B2 First for Schools too?
Yes. The grammar is the same. The for Schools version also offers a story in Part 2.
Can I cancel after my exam?
Yes. Cancel any time and you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. Nothing renews once you cancel, and your account goes back to Free.
Do you keep my essays?
No. We keep only the type of each error, to build your plan. The essay text isn't stored.
